***Guide for what to do with pure STR Gliavies***

Ok i started making a pure STR Glaivie but what do i do with skill points and should i use em in masteries yet, becuase i heard that if your mastery lvl is higher than your lvl then its harder to get SP.... suggestions please will be welcomed :D
