Max Anti-Devil?

Should I max anti-devil for my cold archer? I am reading a guide that says
Do I max all of those? or which ones to i get a lot of points on?

Explosion series
Strong bow
Autumn wind - optional (i heard positive use about it in group fighting)
Break Heaven Arrow Series
White/Blue hawk (will benefit a lot more than the black)
The passive (of course)
Do I max all of those? or which ones to i get a lot of points on?
