im a pure str cold archer is it possible for me to get nukes

can i get any nukes like a fire nuke? or is it for pure int? 
Sup, you must be the guy that i talk to in red sea. You might want to check up the different builds on the sticky before you ask questions but im sure these people will help you out anyways.
As for your question, of cours you can get "nukes." The flame wave series or thunderbolt series is not restricted by build. If your pure str, your not going to have a high damage.
