Which one for my build?

Right now, i am a hybrid int sword 2:1 fire and light. The moves im planning to get our Nukes and KD. I know that with hybrids, 1 nuke cannot kill a mob. So i was thinking of either getting Lion Shout or Soul Cut to finish them off. Can you guys tell me which one does more damage for my build and is good?

Get both to lvl 1 and trie them out. But from my experience the soul cut does more dmg. Think it does more dmg for a pure int too.

in a int build soul could do more if u blue it. but ppl say lion shout is good because delay for casting and recovering is good. also burn down is good.
