Ice Int Bow skill help -new to game-

Other than raising ice as high as possible (after sp farming) and bow as high as possible, where else am i supposed to spend my skills? I know I should be getting some passives from the other skill trees.
Where should I place my 300 masteries?
58 Bow (68 later because that skill is unavailable)
57 Ice (68 later becaue that skill is unavailable)
that makes 115
where should i use the rest of the 300?
