Ok i satarted caring about this to late and now i got a lvl 20 char. with 76 str. and 60 int.

Skills:
Bicheaon Lv. 12
Heuksal Lv. 7
Pacheon Lv. 18
Force:
Cold Lv. 17
Lightning Lv. 5
Fire Lv. 13
Force Lv. 17

Ok as you see im an archer. and im maybe going to be better in Heuksal but that if only if thats what best for my char. what is best? i want to know and learn fron you pro!

It's your choice.
But for you, I would go Full Str from now on.
Take any of the 3 weapons, and take Fire as your Main force, and Lightning as your sub-force.
Dont level COlf and Force too much.

As for the weapons,
Archer: Fast killing, weak in pvp
Glavier: Fast killing, strong in pvp
Blader: Slow killing, very strong in pvp

Because you are just lvl 20, it is still very easy to change a skill.

Edit:

Oh, I was just thinking, you can also go Int-Hybrid.
Go full Int from now on, till you have about 80% Magical Balance.
From then on keep 80% Mag Balance, and also add some strenght.
Get much Int and Str items, to get both balances up.
Use heuksal, Fire and lightning.
You can also do some nukes from then on, and you will do very good damage on FUll Str and Full Int.

I wouldn't do that if I were you.
It will cost you too many SP, and also too many Skill Mastery levels!

Personally I would start a new character, with a 'tried and true' build. Your skills are all over the place, and you are a strength hybrid. In general that's bad, you will hate this character later as it will be difficult to kill things. You could buy skill reallocation stuff from the item mall or do the curst heart quest, but since you are only 20 its best to have a fresh start as it will cost you less.

That way you can get some skill points as well, you will need them.

Damage refers to well..the damage they can do
Defence refers how well theycan survive/how much damage they can take..etc..you get the point.
Speed refers to the speed of their main attacks
Pros-Good points of the build
Cons- Bad points of the builds

Blade
Damage-Medium/High
Defence-High/Very High
Speed-High/Very High(Chains give them a little "Very High" aspect)
Pros:Knockdowns, VERY HARD to kill and can take a huge beating, have ability to block with their sheild. Best PVP build.
Cons-not as strong damage wise glavie, I myself think they are for many reasons so I wouldn't really take this reason in consideration with your choice.
Expensive due to the fact you need a good sheild and blade, and I''v always been a fan of SOS sets so I can blow alot of dough on a sheild and blade..supposedly they "lv up slowesT" and to be honest I don't beelive that, we all get the same amount of exp if we have the same gap, the weapon doesn't matter, and if you use skills right..blades can kill as fast/faster than glavie. Yes I am a blader and yes, I favour the blade.

Glavie
Damage-High/very High
Speed- Slow/Very slow
Defence-Low/Medium
Pros-Stun, Their attack power, and relativley cheaper than blade, pretty good for PVP. Slightly higher health than bladers due to their passive.
Cons-Very slow, not much of a skill variety, cannot block attacks, their defence is also pretty low.

Archer
Damage-Medium/High/Very High
Speed-High/Very High
Defence-Low/Medium
Pros: Fast attacks, can hit criticals a good amount of times, have charge attacks which can do some massive damage.
Cons-Low defence, must constantly buy arrows to be able to fight, bad for PVP.

Nuker(I'm pretty sure this wasn't one of your choices..just putting it in here for added info if you wanta change your mind)
Damage-Very High
Defence-High/Very High or Low/Medium(Sword and sheild nuker- High-Very High, Spear Nuker def is Low-Medium)
Speed-Medium/High/Very High
Pros-Massive Damage, pretty good for pvp, and can block(If their a sword/sheild nuker) can one hit KO monsters a good amount of the times.
Cons-Low health, due to the fact they put most/all points into their INT, costly such as the blade for a good sword and sheild, advised to stay away from enemys..like this..nuke, run, nuke, run, nuke run, or if theirs enough distance..nuke, nuke run, nuke, nuke etc. Or, just nuke and kill XD.

I know its not fun t read a internet-forum novel such as my post..but I ghope it helped.

I also HIGHLY advise you restart, you have branched out your masterys too much, you could do skill edit quest but its pretty costly(Money wise) and time consuming.
Chose..

One main weapon skill(Bicheon, Heakskul, Pacheon, according to your build)
One main force skill(Fire, Ice, Lightning, Force)
One sub-Force(Fire, Ice, Lightning, Force)

ok again thx and i did as all of you said... i continued with my character til i finaly decided to make a new one. and i started a new Str. Fire, glavier! with lightening as sub force (so i can get wind walk etc.)

I'm a strength iceglaiver and i must say... I'm really afraid of hybrid swords with armor, u should make a hybrid int man.... It's gonna pwn after the cap increase

yeh thats right... hybrid int sword is cool. too bad i didnt hear about this build until my blader was already 30+.

int hybrid spears man, they're good too!!!

Go pure int bow all the way.

if you're still at lvl 20, id suggest to rebuild a char - choose a single weapon skill tree, and a single force(fire,ice or lit) ... either pure str or pure int
