How can I get a glowing weapon? Do I find it killing monsters or do I make it or do I buy it from vendors? If I do make it how so? Thanks

U can make it or u can find it ( finding it is rare though )
If u wish to make it u will need Weapon elixirs ( can be bought from other players' stalls or found from monsters )
Once u got the weapon elixirs its encouraged to buy Lucky Powders ( gives a greater success to the upgrade, lucky powders are bought from any towns "general shop", u need the exact degree powder to your weapons degree for it to be able to be used )
After u have those, Press Y and click onto the Att.Enchance tab, put ur weapon into the first slot and weapon elixir + lucky powder into the slots on the right, done that then click "fuse"

There u have it, u need a total of 3 successful upgrades ( +3 ) to get ur weapon glowing. To make it glow pink u need 5 successful upgrades ( +5 )

The above reply is talking about glimmer. If you want a glow like an SOS weapon. You cannot make an SOS weapon, you must either buy it from another player, or find it from a monster. Good Luck, they are expensive

also you can combine the two, have a nice glow and a glimmer. i.e an sos with a +3 ...etc

nice... but... with what amount of ``+´´ does it glows?

+3 will start to get it glowing

+3-4 silver
+5-6 pink
+7-8 yellow/gold
+9 blue, or so ive heard
