Grass Wind-Flow (option of maxing it out)
Lion Shout (option of it maxing it out)
Concentration (MAX)
Wolf's Thunderbolt (MAX)
Heaven's Force (MAX)

But i dont know if i need weapon mastery too and when to sp farm and what level gap is good?

if you're focusing on nukes you should go full int.

concentration is a waste,

grass walk should be maxed, the 2nd book is not require, the 3rd is.

shock lion is always worth maxing out.

if oyu want to be a 2int:1str i'd storngly advise having the speak skills at hand

why would u go 2-1? thats begging to be weaker then others.

and concentration is not a waste. if ur a lighitng guy, its avalible, so u might as well max it since it lets the damage done to you get reduced even more by ur parry ratio.

Darn i have putted like 5 char points in str, but ok ill go for int now.

And do i need weapon mastery skills i need so much imbue right now and i cant afford and potions....

yes, i'd grab weapon skills if i were you, unless you want to be totally defenseless if you run out of MP or pots.

and don't worry about having to hit water ghosts 3 times. you can't one-hit stuff until later for the most part. certainly not at level 5-8.
