Glavie/Lightning advice

I'm a new to this. I know Fire is supposed to be the best for glavie from what I read in the forums, but I'd try out Lightning instead. However, I think I may have seriously messed up. I'm not sure what what light skills to go for or how much SP I should have before I upgrade my Heuksal lvl.
My stats are:
Lvl. 14
Str - 63
Int - 46
Heuksal - lvl. 13
Wolf Bite spear - lvl . 1
Lightning - lvl. 13
Thundertiger force = lvl. 4
Must piercing - lvl. 1
Grasswalk-Flow - lvl. 1
Heaven's Force - lvl. 1
Is this salvageable? If I messed up so bad and need to start over, how can I do it right the next time?
