attack rating more chances of criticals??

So if i get the hawk from archer skill and summon it with my bow weapon and switch to glaive would i still get the effects of the bird??

to answer the question in the title.. No attack rating does not help critical (to my knowledge). If your attack rating is higher than your opponents, you're more likely to hit at the top range of your potential.
critical is affected by the critical rating
