im making a new character right now. im thikning of making a pure str blader fire with light buffs. i want it to do good in pvp and trust me, even though im blader i level fast, really fast. so dont say that the only bad thing is that it levels slow. this good?

I think you should go with fire and lightning buffs, not lightning and fire buffs, cuz fire does more dmg. Anyway check out some of the guides about full str builds, they are very good and tell you exactly what you need to know .

It is generally better for a person to use fire imbue than lightning imbue. In PVP, if you use lightning, only the 1st hit will reduce his parry ratio by 50% in which he will pill it quickly. Fire imbue is generally the best in dealing dmg to players
