glaive or blade..

What is better for a full str build glaive or blade? Im lvl 15 and i have 6 masteries in glaive (and also bow, but i dont use it much anymore). But lately i have thought of useing the sp for my sword masteries. I know that glaive does more dmg, but with a blade i can wear a shield, so which is more useful... gliave or blade ?

Try both and take what you like better.
You can delevel the unused skills with the cursed hearts quest.

Basically
Blade will outlast Glavie in PvP due to the shield negating some attacks
Glavie does more damage, but takes more damage
Glavie will kill mobs faster, therefor level and farm faster

In PvP, there are two determining factors between Str builds
1) Equipment
2) Luck (successful stun vs knockdown, blocking)
