Review my Nuker (new to SRO)

I'm fairly new to Silkroad and would like some advice on improving my build before I go forward with this. I've been playing SRO for almost 2 weeks now.
Currently I'm SP farming with a SOS+3 Bow at the Bandit Stronghold. As of this moment, I have approximately 20k SP and planning to farm more.
My nuker will be a 90% mag balance build. When people say 90%, do they mean 90% with all my +Int equipment or naked? Although people have answered this, I'm still kind of fuzzy.
The skills I plan to get are:
Bicheon 60:
Hidden Blade Series
Killing Heaven Blade Series
Shield Protection Series
Heuksal 60:
Cheolsam Force Series
Lightning Mastery: 90
Will MAX everything except the Imbue
Fire Mastery: 90
Will MAX everything except Firewall
(Since I'll be getting KD, it seems reasonable to MAX the physical buffs)
Using the SRO Calculator, this came out to be exactly 197,524 SP.
Using the SPGain chart, I get approximately 73k (we'll assume 60k with quests) from LVL20 to LVL70 with a 0-gap.
So does this mean I have to farm 140k SP at LVL16 to be able to 0-gap to LVL70?
Also, are the skills I plan to get correct for a 90% nuker build? Is there skills I'm missing that I should get?
Any comments/advice about my build are welcome.

umm your gonna need more sp than u actually think when u level gap to 70 unless u decide your not gonna do any quests just grind it the hard way.
in simple terms
20-70=less sp
u need x amount of sp + quests<amount of sp needed
amount of sp without quests= ammount of sp your looking for

Then exactly how much SP do I need to farm at LVL16 in order to get the skills I want?

you dont have to farm it all at lvl 16, though i must admit for someone who has been playing for two weeks youve gotten about as far as i did in 4 months or so

. The way youre going you might as well farm 80k at bandit stronghold, farm some at flowers, penons, and when capped later and you should be good...

I'd rather get 60 ice instead of heuskal for the extra defence.

Yea, some people have recommended me that. But I still want to know (even if I don't go through with farming all of it) what is the required amount of SP I would need to farm at LVL16 to be able to 0-gap to LVL70.
Does 80~ physical defence at the higher levels benefit a nuker better compared to 1000 HP? 80 physical defence doesn't seem all that much. Care to explain? I'm still trying to learn.
Thanks for all your replies!

80 phys. defence is a TON. It is incredible how much that can do. It's like a new piece of armor for physical damage. Very useful indeed, plus you get ice nukes and freezing skills for use on non-immune players and mobs. Ice becomes useful especially with the aoe nuke on npc thieves I hear

I agree with Avalanche on this one.

so is this correct?

Or am I overlooking something?

and geting double stab aint easy ...you need lvl 68.

Then should I plan for 68 Bicheon / 60 Heuksal / 82 Lightning / 90 Fire ?

I heard the Force skills will stay at 70, so i dont think you will be getting it up.
and, ur not ganna be winning many fights unless the other person is a noob, without cold buffs.

So according to AoENukers logic you wont beat a nuker unless you got cold buffs...
I like the heuksal passive over cold

i was talking about a nuker without cold buffs... if ur a glaiver with cold buffs, it doesn't matter becuase nukers use magic ... duh

hmm. If your going pure aswell your gonna get 2 skilled by a glaiver either way really unless you get really good gear or get a block

AoENuker what has your highest char been? lvl 70 pure ints get 2 skilled by glaivers even when they wear good armor.
Core i would personally go Heuksal for the hp passive and maybe 1 point into soul/ghost for pve. I would suggest you dont farm enough to 0 gap to 70 because that will take a long time. If you have the patience maybe farm enough to take you to 6x and farm nachals as your int. Your skills look good.

Yes I am aware of that... and what I meant was if your gonna go 60 bicheon why not go 8 more levels to get the most damaging combo you can have for sword.

Ok thanks for every's replies.
One last thing, when you say 1 point into Soul/Ghost, do I get both or one? And if I get one of them, which one do you recommend?
I know 1 point into Soul/Ghost isn't a big deal, since its only like 50~ SP, but it doesn't hurt to ask

For pve ghost is a usefull ender. Nuker + Ghost is good for pve
