Who is better Pure str/bow or hibrid ( 2str:1int or 1str:2int)

It depends what you want. Archer by itself is a difficult build and takes alot of patience. Pure builds are 'cookie cutter' builds. By cookie cutter, that means there's a specific way of making the build and if followed will produce a 'good' result. Hybrid builds allow you to play around with more stuff. Hybrid 2:1 str have good crit, good hp and do more damage on average than pure str players. Hybrid 2:1 int do pretty high damage, not so good crit, okay amount of hp and do more damage than the other two builds. You could do pure int, ofcourse that would be like a nuker, but why would you go nuker with a bow? The most promising hybrid looks to be the 1:1 hybrid archer. If you want a simple build, go for pure str fire archer and remember to be patient.
