Hey all.

For 2-3 week ago i try Silkroad and played up to lvl 18 now. With a random person. Now i know a lot more about Silkroad and would start a new character with a blade og nuker build.

And now to the question:

On this guide: http://sro.mmosite.com/guides/build/build1.shtml

The Built

armor - germant. Note: gives you extra moving speed and mp savage (20% and 20%)
weapon - blade + shield. Note: try to find a shield with a 15+ block ration
stats - pure str (3:0 str:int).
skills - bicheon(blade) cold fire. Note: be ready to sp farm

Be ready to Sp farm? with blade?

and in this guide: http://sro.mmosite.com/guides/skills/skills1.shtml

Getting started

- Create a new character
- Chose Armor (can change after done farming)
- Chose bow (can change after done farming)

What a **** :D. Can i really change weapon after have used SP on bow? when i wish to be a blade user. My question is how to SP farm correct?
With just the blade or a sos bow. or maybe a sos blade?

I have read Fly's super guide about the 3 best builds and i think nuker is interresting. So a new question: When i make a nuker should iu use sword to SP farming or SOS bow to nuker farming. And maybe the SOS sword.

Please be explain the different questions. I have never understand it.

Thanks..! :) :)

Yeah most farmers did their farming at low levels used level 16 bow.
Because you don't have to walk around to get to the mob. its way faster.
After level 20 you can delete bow skills if you want.
I kept them might delete them someday.

Taking bow at lowlevels is fast leveling and it's the best farming weapon at level16 (with monkey/or dont pick up gold, if you dont have monkey and still want to pick up you could go with a blade, it wouln't make a big difference)

By doing curse heart quest or buying items from item malls using silk. Note: Curse heart quest will only give you back 80% of your spent SP. For example, you spent a total of 100 SP on bow. Upon doing curse heart quest, instead of getting 100 SP back, you got only 80 now

No, the 20% is permanently lost. Like, when you have completely removed your bow skills which cost 100 SP, you only get 80 SP back. Thus not only you don't have bow skills, you even wasted 20 SP. Therefore if you don't like farming that much, choose your skills wisely because the 20% SP will be gone to thin air.

Additionally, curse heart quest is not cheap. Lowering down lvl1 skill ONLY can cost close to 15k. As your mastery lvl increases, the costs increases too. So if you're planning to have bow mastery up to 20 with additional skills (Depends on how many, let's put it as X)

Thus the costs should be roughly about: 20*30k +X*30k (depends how many is X and how high is it).

So yeah...better don't do try-an-error unless you're financially secure. Through experiment, a lvl 7 skill which i delevel it to 0 has costs me 200k.

Can I get rid of the potions from the cursed hearts quest without using them?
You forgot to mention that you cannot lower the masteries but only the skills with this quest.

you can lower the mastery,

but you have to have no skills that require that mastery lvl,

so you have to remove the skills then the lvl,

to get rid of potions you can sell them NPC for 1 gold
