whats the highest mastery lvl for the passive skills?

what is the highest mastery lvl for the passive skills? im not talking about the actual mastery tree, im talking about the highest lvl that a passive skill can go. like right now, my passive for force is at lvl 2. how high can it go? also what is the highest for the rest of the passive skills.

second question, is it possible to get all the passive skills?

Level 6 for passives.
You could get a good number of them, but it would be stupid.
