im building a heavy int build with 5:1 int. my question is what magic balance allows a 2 hit kill on same lvl mobs? and what skill used will allow this?

Just aim for 83-93% mag balance. You will do fine.

90% bal is good

usually a fire nuke and ghost petal will do the trick
