I was wondering is this 3-hit-move any good ? worth spending sp on ?

great pve skill 
lvl4 chain tiger is doing a bit more dmg then lvl9 soul spear move (they are equal in manacost here, and you need the same lvl/sp to learn these)
its also a good way to get the mob cought by your imbune's effect.
if you learnt the second book of your imbue, you can use it in this great dmg dealing combo for killing giants: imbue, soul spear, chain tiger, soul spear. by here the imbue wears off. once soul spear is ready again, you can start over with it. this way you have a fair chance to stun the mob, and at the time it recovers from it its most probably chilled/burned/shocked.
the skill is not that good in pvp. it can be interrupted and so you cant score the 3rd hit, wich is doing the most dmg.
