Hi!
I'm level 24, at Lvl 9 Ice River Force skill as the main attack, with Lvl 21 mastery of Spear and only the +HP (Cheolsam Force) skill at Lvl 2. I'm also 2/3 Int / 1/3 Str (2 points on Int, 1 point on Str)
My question is: what is the best attacking skill with spear to go with what I have?
I was thinking about the Chain Spear Attacks, since they do 3+ hits, adding my Ice damage it CAN become something really useful, but is just a thought.
Another question is: can the 3+ hits go for the same mob? Like this: if there is just one mob around, it is hit 3 times; if there are 2, it alternate between the 2, etc.
Any lights on this?

Yes, I know my char is not an über-nuker-PvP-monster-1-hit-killer, but I like him , so please don't answer with "Delete it and start one with blah blah blah...."

Chain Spear primarily attacks only one mob.

Soul Spear move + ice and ghost spear (right afterwards) is your best combo right now.

For normal mobs, the above user has said it

However for giants, the chains help to inflict cold faster than any other spear skills. And yes chains only attack 1 mob but i am not sure about the lvl 47 chains though

wolfbite- penetrates and low mp cost/ soul spear- stunns to immobile mob- ghost- swings a aoe attack around u and higher lvl cases even knock ur enemy away and cancel their attacks
