Pure int, and STR?

I have a question to place, have seen here and in other forums, many builds of Full ints of lvl 70, and they have between 6500 and 7500 of HP, and i see one guy that it says full int but it had more than of STR 100. My doubt is: these values are possible in characteres lvl 70 without placing points in STR, having the Heuksal Passive lvl 6 and alchemy to add to STR and HP? Or later in the game or more early this Full int finishes for also placing STR points. I see for me, I am in lvl 50 with 72 of STR and Heuksal 4 Passive lvl and adds + STR items and i have almost 2800 HP. Can someone explain me that?

At 70 you can have around 8kish hp with the max relalistically possible blues, as a almost pure int.
