i know theres bow guides before this. and i thank them for writing them :P. but i need to know a build for pure str ice. cuz most of the guides ive seen show fire builds.
i wanna know what skills to get for my ice skill tree.

Ice's use is pretty much limited thanks to alchemy. Imbue, defense buffs, and frost nova are good skills to get.

Only if your primary playing is PvP. If you are mainly PvE than pure STR ice is a very good way to do. I recently switched to ice from fire and am loving it. I don't do much PvP, if any, but if I do I really don't have to worry because not many have full immunity to ice because it costs so much for the alchemy and I don't PvP any level 60+ anyway. That would be like using a BB gun against a tank... not going to work very well.

Don't listen to this. Most people cannot afford to waste gold on alchemy so they won't even bother to get freezing and frostbite reduce stats on their equipment.

And alchemy is like gambling, you spend a lot of money and you might not even get it right. Finding someone with 100% immunity would be almost impossible. And we can also assume that people having equipment with 25% immunity from freezing and frostbite is just as rare.

Uhh, almost everyone at the cap is immune to ice...
