A Few Newb's Questions ~ Please Look

1)When will Fire start to obviously do more damage than Cold? Like 20 or 50 more damage speaking.
2) When using a garment, I know a recieve MP bonuses. How exactly though? Do I regain MP faster? Or do the skills cost less?
3) I see alot of Hunters that are blade/glaive users. Will bow have an equal chance?
All comments concerning my questions will be appreciated.

Mp bonus is that you use 20% less mp

Uhhh.. exactly as how it reads....
20% less is 20% less. If you are wearing a FULL set of garments, which means all 6 slots that can be filled with garment pieces have a garment piece then it's automatic. A skill that would take 100 MPs would use 80 MPs. Simple as that... unless you have a problem with basic math skills. Then I'm sorry.

Okay then, I think question 2 is solved... Any other comments and answers for my other 2 questions? 
PS: I have a 98.7% in 7th grade Advanced Math.

As to your number 3 question. Yes I believe bow users have a good chance at PvP. Problem with bow is, you can't afford the glaive/blade user to get to you first. I certainly know that when it comes to Ice Bows, the frostbite and freezing is a big advantage for them.
I went pvp with a level 31 ice bow earlier... I'm 27, ok so he kicked my sore butt a lot of times... hehe... but I am sure that bow users have a good chance too.

I'm using fire. I may not be able to freeze, but I'll do good damage. I'll also switch to armor.

1. Yes. Maybe not all of the time at lower lvls, but the difference gets bigger at higher lvls.

I had a 114 average one semester in high school geometry, until the teacher subtracted points for missed homework. She decided to subtract double points just for me. Didn't really get me to do more homework, though.

Geometry isn't hard really. The only thing that gets me are SATs. Some of the questions are just bogus.
On the other hand, question 1 is a biggie.

Are you referring to "Name?"
SATs are for people who don't go to music school, and actually need to take them.
