I'm thinking of creating a new character, and I really want to know the most effective way to SP farm (which is also one of the reasons why I'm recreating a character)

The most effective way of sp farming would be to farm alot at lvl16 in the bandit's den (with a 9 level gap).

Also, if you use the search function, you'll find alot of topics discussing this matter (might be interesting to read through it).
