"needed" Skills question

At which point should i stop lvling fire shield, I farmed 100k at 16, but am planning to 0 gap to 70. I currently have fire shiled with 61% reduce. Is it costly (both money and elements) to get the remaining 40% on accesories?

I know the lvl 6 light passive isn't worth getting, as well as the additional .3>.4 meter increase from dragon arrow. Also, book3 lvl 1of flame body is just enough, since each lvl up is just more time added to it.

What other skills aren't necessarily needed to be lvled up at higher levls?

I have never played a bow character b4 but since other weapons have an extra effect such as, Stun or Knockdown. Bows just have range so one of the most important skills is to max the distance that you can fire the arrow from. So imo dragon arrow is a must.

If you really dont want to sp farm anymore, then skip strongbow and just get the the explosion arrow series. As it does more damage at higher lvls and it doesnt take so long to cast.
