I would say a 90% Int Hybrid Sword/Shield or Spear.

I am an Int Hybrid and in PvE you excel, but not as much as the pure Int.

In PvP you do good, better than most people expect.

I've beaten many people my lvl but also have been beaten a lot too. So it really matters on skills and gear.

I think that what you are looking for is an Intelligence Hybrid with a magic balance of 85% or more and using a sword shield Force would be Fire, Lightning OR just llightning if u dont like to sp farm.

OMG read what guy write -

Go Pure STR Glavie. Best Tank do great dmg and its excellent in PVP,but also u can kill mobs fast enough.

of course pure STR Blader is best build,but take a lot time in PVE and much much SP to grind.
