Hybrid int vs pure str ice glaive (video)

48+ masterys
pure str - lvl 50
47+ masterys (typo error on vid, glavie has lvl 47 chains)

I pretty much studied suicidegrrl's guide and the knockdown hyb int guide, kinda mixed both guide's advice into this build, and i'm satisfied so far.

Nice, Awesome Build, i see hybrid sword and shield as an excellent pvp maybe only surpassed by a full strenght blader??
Atm im using a Hybrid Spear, i can add sword in any moment OR Ice i have not decided yet, im lvl 30 and still have almost 70k sp backing me up.
Do you think a spear could also manage to pvp well or is he destined to still be a support nuker, is something in spear comparable to KD + Stab ??and lets not forget Block..

This says it all.
Stun, Knockback, can still even help even a hybrid delay hits from close ranged pure str fighters. But when it comes to nuker fight style, i think, using grasswalk phantom, firewall, or ice wall will be best to use.

Minerva, from what ur saying then i should use a nuking fightning Style, that would look like this:
1.phantom then
2.Ice wall,
3.nuke + lion shout then,
4.maybe soul spear and another nuke
5.repeat all of the above
Well is logical still i might get killed vs a good KD and stab lol

When i see the video, i want to faint already. The glaive happens to be an idiot and the hybrid sword happens to be smart.
1. The glaiver uses chain even when the hybrid sword is not stunned? If he wants to inflict cold status use cold nova (something like that)
2. The KD is annoying i admit. If i am in his place, i can't do a thing as well
3. Ok when glaiver got up, he waited 2 - 3 seconds before attacking with chains, which gives the hybrid sword to knock him down again.
4. Process continues till glaiver die.

Ya i don't understand too...the stab down damage is higher than normal damage. Several block will definitely pissed blader/sword user and save you own life

1. they might not be stunned, but it still does damage. and more attacks means more chance of the person being affected by status.
3. theres always a delay after you stand up before you can attack. it was a little longer for them tho. probably lag.
if i was that glavier id be sooo mad over getting knocked down over and over again lol
