NEED OPINIONS!!!

I am a lv 34 hybrid int sword light and i need help on moves. Right now, i help on offensive moves, the offensive moves i have are:
light nuke, light imbue, blood chain, billow chain and kd and stab. i was wondering if i should delevel blood chain, billow chain kd and stab and then level, the blade force series, sword dance and lion shout for far range moves. is this good? if i do delevel them, my ending combo will be:

Light Nuke, Lion Shout, Lion Shout, Snake Sword Dance, Petal Sword Dance, and then Devil Cut blade.

is this good?

Don't delvl anything, get to 64 on what you have, and sp farm.

Yeah get to a higher level where money won't be a problem then delevel the chains, because as an int oriented char you won't be using them as much because of your low physical balance.
