is it useful? am planning on leveling it up all the way, would be good agianst nukers or glaivers? js cast the + block skill when nukers are casting, or when glaivers are gonna soul/ghost spear? if ur gonna get hit anyway, wouldnt it be better if u have a higher chance of blocking it? since pressing the skill button will get rid of it right away, no delay.
If you have a sword/shield out, it'd be better to try a KD than have increased block. Sure, they might not hit you, but in the time it takes to cast and recast, they can tele away and cast nuke number 2.
However, in group PVP it might be a better idea. If you're a huge target, run into the battle and cast it. As the other people run over to mob you, have your nukers mass cast lightning and fire 3 nukes. Lots of dead people, none of them you.
