similar skills as a full str blader but instead of str its int, also usin nukes does this sound like a good build to start?

Yea id say thats about right. and since your nuker you should lvl fairly fast.

I wouldnt suggest you get the smashing series but just about all the others are good in my opinion, but im no pro

Lightning Sword is a common and nice build i think its one of the best for starters too, so go for it
