My build is str/glaive/fire and I was thinking if I should get lightning force for the wind walk series. Does it benefit my build much?

It doesn't really 'benefit' your build, but it benefits you I suppose.
Saves time by making you go faster.
I would say get it

I was thinking it's good skills against range opponents. You can get to them faster and starting owning them before they own you.
