pure str fire glaive vs light glaive

which is more effective? i know fire does a lot of dmg while light can help u farm which is better when u have that swinging skill so which is better?
EDIT-btw made a new char on oasis so trying to get it decently high its currently lvl 12 pure str glaive i got he lvl 12 for lighting for grasswalk cause i need it, so any help on lvling fast like all my other posts
