HELP! What Skills for a Pure Str Blade/Fire User

HELP! What Skills for a Pure Str Blade/Fire User

I intend to be a PvE character, and I have done a fair amount of SP farming. I only intend to max 2 masteries (Bicheon and Fire). But i don't know what Imbues to get, I want skills that don't depend solely on mana. what blade skills are best based on:

1) damage
2) mana cost
3) efficiency (cooldown)

Personal opinions are also very welcome here, cuz i just started playing and i'd take any advice.
