Sorry! I'm newb.. But what's that?

Nukes are a generic term for the lvl 30 skills of the cold, lightning and fire masteries. Scroll down to the bottom of the list and you should see abilities called "thunderbolt" or "flame wave" (i don't remember the exact name for cold). These are really powerfull attacks which deal a lot of damage but are suitable to ONLY pure ints or very int heavy hybrids. Altough some strs get nukes just for show, but that's a diffrent story. Pure ints use these abilities mainily, so after lvl 30 you will see A LOT of them. There is also Lion Shout in the lightning tree; its not really a nuke but it works on the same principle. Also, suitable for ints, or for strs to pull a bunch of mobs with the AOE.

What's AOE?

AOE is short for Area of Effect... its basically a nuke that hits more than one opponent in a specific area..

Area of Effect or splash damage; a lot of abilities like ghost spear, lion shout, some nukes do damage to the target and adjacent targets within a predetermined range.

Now I get it... What about my blade? Any skills with AOE?

You get sworddance. Pretty neat, INSANE AOE, decent dmg... kind of a str nuke (you get it at lvl 31). Not really a main attack skill (KD/stab > all) but its usefull to say the least.

For what monster level (I mean kill them insantly at lvl 31)?

No, it can't oneshot them. Usually pure strs can't oneshot anything at their lvl without zerk. But if you get both books and alternate them, you might have an interesting grinding solution.

Zerk? I've heard people use that word/term, but what does it mean?
