Need help to find a good skill for sword! (Soul Cut Blade)

I heard this skill gives a lot of damage and launch projectile fire like "arrow" effect...
I have lvl. 13 going on 14 and more likely strength guy than INT..
Should I get Soul Cut Blade or what other recommanded?

Soul Cut Blade is a good opening move to draw mobs closer to you, and it does decent damage, as well. It doesn't use a lot of mp, and is a good skill.

Does it gives a reasonable damage most of times?
Should I use it in PVP or againist monsters?
Are there any skills I can use with my sword/fire lvl 13... 50 SP....

Soul Cut is a great skill. It's a perfect opening move since you have to get close in order to damage. It's like a preemptive strike. I'm full INT and I'm using it until I get my nukes. Great skill. Use it, love it. Just wish the Glaive throw came as early as this one

k00l! Okay, how about Soul Spear Move? It's for spear/galives.. my girlfriend wanted to know if it's any good..
