Should i stop leveling the second book when i can get the third? and i should completly ignore the first one right?

1. no, the 3rd is simply for aoe and not necessarily damage.
2. yes, aside from level 1 which is needed.

I'm not to bothered about the aoe so will it not be doing more damage than book 2? if so i will just get lvl 1 or something

Book 3 isn't that great, except for the AOE effect. If you have the sp, you should keep leveling Book 2. I also have known nukers that neglected Book 1, and ended up regretting that they didn't put more sp into it. It does fairly good damage, and doesn't aggro any other mobs on you.
