How does job level affect your job?

trader, hunter, thief?

If you act as a trader, it will decrease your thief exp

If you act as a thief it will decrease your trader exp. The ratio i heard is 1:1

But if you act as a hunter, no other job's exp will be reduced.

Off topic: Does the level of thief you kill determine the amount of hunter exp you get?

i think he means whats the point of getting exp at all since once u get to lvl 4 (insert job here) nothing happens

on a related note...there are no beneifts...YET.

However in the job update they had for KSRO (best indicator for where ISRO will go..but not necessarily)..there are benefits

No more exp gained? I thought higer lvl of the job leve means traders can carry more goods/thieves and hunters can do more damage to each other?
