Pure Str Glavie Help

Im making a pure strength glavie and I gutta know which do I need more, Lvls or Skill Points

Everyone is going to need skill points. Noone can avoid sp farming. It won't be a matter of whether you need levels of skill points more, it will be a matter of when you want to skill farm.

Alot of people like to sp farm huge amounts at lvl 16, then keep a 0 level gap all the way to 70, but a lot of people can't stand to sit there and skill farm all day, so they don't farm until they reach either 61. Others tend to farm some in between their leveling. It is really up to you what you do.

As a Pure Str Glaive (I assume you are going fire), the most important skills would be your soul spear moves, your ghost spear moves, your throwing spear moves, you spear passive, fire imbue, fire buff, fire passive, and if you have sp to spare, your grass walk from lightning.
