i'm doing a hybrid int with 78-80% mag balance and 69% phys balance @ lvl 29, i have around 3216 sp, enough sp to get both fire and lightning nuke @ lvl 30.

I am more concerned with leveling fast, and I've seen the nukes from pure ints are the fastest way they level, with my 78-80% mag balance, will my nukes be strong enough to decent grind than using weapon skills to grind?

From what I've learned about hybrids is that they're damage is only close to a pure INT's damage when the mag balance is 90%+

Sink a ton of points into int to get your magical balance up. You can get the str later at higher levels.
