Final Build

This is my final build i thought about and that im going to stay with this build:
Pure Int Sword Fire light and Ice.
Bicheon: 20
Fire: 68
Ice: 68
Lightning: 68
So can you please tell me if im going to do well in PVE, PVP and do well throughout silk?
