Facing My Biggest Problem. Please Help.

well, i cant play in xian anymore. the lag is killing me when i CAN play, not talking that from 13:00 to 21:00 i cant play obsulotly.
now comes the question, "ok, what u want from us then, noobz0r?"
well, there r 3 options.
1st. i sell ym xian thingys, sums up at 3.1-3.5 i say (most of it is sos lvl 16 bow 8 crit steady and immortal) and then search for a server-money-trader, that will exchange my money to another server (athens, olympus, any low pupolated one)
Risk: 10 - scam, run-offs, etc.
Tme: secs to weeks, but will get me a nice start push for a new charcter.
Profit: 3.1m-3.5m
2nd. Start a Charcter in a low pupolated server, olympus\athens etc, go with it to like lvl 40 without farming and basicly 2-0 gap, just to lvl and gain profit from drops and such. then move money to a new char on same server to farm and such.
Risk: 0 - tho getting mad is a risk tho, isnt it?
Time: however take me to that lvl\that kind of money i want <- time scale needed
Profit: see "Time" section
3rd. Start a newcharcter in a low pupolated server, keep 3\4 gap follow a nuker guide like i want, and just play, and wait and see whats going on.
Risk: 0 - GETTING SERIOSLY NUTS
Time: however i play this game for.
Profit: does it matter? it will be all i have lol.
