Pure Str/Glavie character questions

I've got a few questions in relation to the character that I'm building.
Basically, it's a pure str/glaive/fire user.
What glavie/fire skill series' should I focus on to get the most out of my character once it's in the high levels?

There are many thread regarding to this. Please look at stickies and search before making such post. Fire/Str Glaive is very common build
This is my planed build
Glaive skill
1. Max soul spear
2. Max ghost petal
3. Max Chain spear, choosing the lower number of hits
4. Max the passive skill
Fire skill
1. Max fire imbue
2. Max reduction of status abnormality
3. Max physical damage increase
4. Max protection against magic
5. Max the passive skill
I also added lightning skills for other benefits but since you just asked for fire and glaive, this is my planned build and i am very sure there are many people out there who are about the same build as me except for a bit of tweaks here and there
