Bard: Should I lvl Awesome World?

I'm playing the Japanese version, so I can't read the skill tooltip 100%.
However, is it worth lvling up the Awesome World skill? What are the advantages even if I lvl it above 1?

Found this on Rev6:
"So, the new bard skill will let you dance alone with 1 bard. Use a tambour, then Awesome World, then any dance. The effect of the dance will be 1/2 though...
So if a 120 bard does it, their 50% dance will now be 25%, still pretty useful. "
