Nuker Question

Does attack rating increase using stones, skills (eg. hawk) effect the damage done by nukes?

It doesn't change your max damage, but you will hit higher on your damage range. Like say your nuke deals between 2000-3000 damage, then you will hit closer to 3000 then 2000 if you have a high attack rating.
