Need Character help

After reading over a few topics here I've noticed a few weaknesses which will develop if I don't start changing my character's development. So I'm wondering if anyone here can give some advice on how to make my character as strong as possible.
Thanks.

get rid of force (delevel), switch to fire (delevel cold), get the fire buffs which increase damage, get must piercing force and grasswalk from the lightnning tree, stop using autumn wind, and invest points in the bow passive.
Lastly stop putting points into int and only put them into str.
These are my opinions

I thought Ice was the best force to use with the bow?
Edit: and how do I delevel a force? Hopefully I can change to spear when I hit level 30 or so.

spear? your magic balance is horrible, Spear users need a high magic balance to do good damage.
You will be better off with points in str.
To delevel skills do the curst hearts quest.

Yea, it's either try to pump all your int points from here on now, or to go STR hybrid.

Honestly I think that a strength hybred with cold and force can be a very FUN character. It is not a great pvp build by any means but you have a very good pve build and would make a pretty decent hunter/trader for quite a while. Baseing all of your decisions on PVP may not be the best move.
The question to answer is are you building a end game PVP character?
DO you have yor heart set on big nukes? Hope not cause you aint going to get them without starting over.
Do you just like killing and farming monsters?
What do you want to do??
if you just want to pve and farm and ocassionally trade/hunt ice and force can be ok if you have your heart set on pvp start over and follow one of the guides sticikied in this forum.

Starting over... guh, it's taken quite a while to get to where I am now, so that's the last thing I really want to do...
I'm not really interested in PVP unless it's with friends... so I'll stick with what I have.
By the way, is it too much effort to maintain 2 masteries and 2 forces?

Okay. I dont want to be mean but i think you've gone about this the right way but done it wrong. When using bow and str you need either cold or fire, you've done cold but not everything you need to. You've also mixed your points in int and str and gone hybrid. Then, you haven't done the passives and your skills aren't maxed out.
The quickest way to make this a better character would be to start a new one, use the free gold and silver tickets there and you'll be back at your current lvl in a day. Follow hellsharpt and Great_Masters advice on how to rebuild and make sure that ALL points go into either str or int. For a bow/glavie/blade it's better to go str, for spear/sword it's better to go int. Force is only optional, dont learn it if it's reducing the amount of sp you get to max out your moves in other skill trees like your element and bow.
