ok im a lvl 12 archer and my mastery lvl is at 5.i am barley getting any xp so are the lvl diffrences to far apart, and if they are how hight should i raise my mastery lvl.

It depends if you want a lot of Experience or SP. If you want a bit more sp keep a 7-9 gap, and if you want max xp keep a 0-2 gap. 3-6 gap would be good for around equal share of sp and xp i believe.
