pure int still only for pve?
Hello, I've been reading alot of posts that say full strength is built for pvp while pure int is built for pve. is this true? also, is there a int hybrid that succeeds at both pvp and pve?

It's not like that. Full ints do work in PvP. You just shouldn't make a Cold|Light|Fire because you'd need some maxed out gear for it to work well against many builds in PvP. In fact, in SRO-R nukers are now owning in PvP because of the skill changes. An s/s nuker can now have Bicheon, Cold, Lightning and Fire which makes it much more powerful.
