I'm thinking of being an archer(having had 5 glaivers) I'm bored of having to run around searching and using the same old skills. Are they common at high levels? Ups/Downs. Are there any bow/glaive or blade hybrids?

cons: no block. no KD. no stun.
pros:range. high crit w antidevil.

build's usually pure str. ppl say bow hybrids suck esp pure int bow.

Mmhmm, I'm full strength fire all the way, no matter what weapon. I can live with no block, and stun isn't too often at lower levels. I'm more interested in a like "you do lots of damage over time before people can get to you, but it sucks because you can't get far away" type of thing.

Think of archers as STR nukers. They deal lots of damage, however thier spells take ages to fire off (even worse then nukes).

With my STR archer I was able to take on pretty nuch any nuker my level (even went 2v1 aganist 2 zerked nukers and won), however he did not excel against str builds.

They level very fast (even faster with a monkey).

I really enjoyed my build, and wish I could still use it.

If you wana make an archer go for it.

Bad against strength bladers/glaivers..When they're close? >=)
