120 Build S/S Help

So I built a 1:7 S/S on a private server. 120fire, 120ice 120bich

My problem is I cannot kill anyone in pvp. People are hitting alot hard than me which I have no idea why. I need some help so I can redo the build or remake character. Any idea's on what to do, I want 120 bich for sure.

Going hybrid you will need light in there. No need to max it but having a mix of light/ice and maxed fire/bich you might do better.
