Hi all,

Back to SRO,thinking on new char for Unique Hunting and Fast Leveler...euro or chinese character

Thingking on going pure int heukal/light/ice, light speed for unique fast searching, heuksal throw spear skill as backup to nuke(fast execute skill)...but euro i have no idea...

Ofc, i will try to get the best weapon.

First of all, welcome back from Middle Earth!

If I were you, I would start on Silkroad-R (it's Joymax's new version of the game). There is quite a large legit community over there.
The biggest advantages of playing there:
- You don't need to farm as much SP
- Leveling is way faster
- Chinese characters are way stronger (they can now have all 3 "forces" + weapon mastery)

So yeah, I would definitely go for a Chinese nuker of some sort. Either sword/shield or spear. If you're aiming to get those unique kills, you should probably go spear.
Now, wizards are very strong as well, but in my opinion they die too often against uniques.

But in the end you should really just chose whatever you believe fits your style best

Had the same problem. Sanktum (a user here on SRF) posted a link to MMOsite, who have made a torrent of the installation file. It can be downloaded here: http://bt.mmosite.com/stats.php?bid=251
And here's a link to his post: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=131164

So yeah, just download that torrent, install the game, download the two manual patches from the website (They're small and fast), and you should be good to go

I dunno.... cause if you like unique hunting, and mind you, other people will also be hunting at the same time, you would like to hit nicely...

I recommend a Rogue Xbow - Longest range, you are hitting from afar. Let them go near and tank the unique... you just go ahead and keep shooting.

I remember when cap was 8d.... lol xbow ruled yarkan.

But then, that is my opinion. consider others too.

Well, I can't disagree with that, Questmaster. But it really depends on how you are looking to hunt uniques.
If you want to go for the uniques 30 lower than yourself, just go wizard. If you're looking to hunt uniques while other people are around / in a team, go rogue.
But if you aim to get there first, and fight a unique around your level, I would still recommend a nuker

Ive make a pure int spear light ice...in regular sro...since my friends still staying there:P how about bard/cleric?no chance for unique?
