SRO-R Importance of cleric sub

Hi,
So I wonder how important cleric is as an sub. In SRO-R the bless spells are gone. So that means you only got the ress, holy spells and recovery division left as important skills. What holy spell does can also be cured with the pills. And recovery division with enough vigors(I guess). Thats the reason I doubt about taking cleric as a sub. What do you think?

I would personally pick bard. But what is your main build?

My main is warrior.
Why you like bard?

I would go bard just for the speed, lol. As you can't really get the speed thingies on SRO-R before 70+, as you won't have any gold (unless you sell silk to other players).
As a warrior, I still like having Cleric for the recovery division, and the ability to play cleric in a party - if I were to find one.
I guess it's pretty much up to you. If you don't mind being slow as hell, just go cleric, but if you would like the extra speed, go bard

Cleric sub is still a good choice for a warrior, even without the bless. Vigor pots cannot be a viable substitute for Recovery Division, and it's always better to have one more back-up res in parties. Also, you can buy speed drugs from the NPC with tokens.

Yes, but then you probably won't have enough tokens to get a sun set at 8th degree.
Other than that, I agree with Mulder.

You can trade the tokens for speed potions.
1 token for 50% speed, 3 tokens for 100% speed.
They aren't that expensive.

Let's say you play 2 hours per day, and you buy the 100% speed increase because you'll be able to grind way faster with it. The speed potions only run for 30 minutes, which means you would need 4 each day. That's 12 tokens each day.
Playing for a month that's more than 360 Tokens. I know it might not sound like a whole lot, but you need 3k tokens at level 70 in order to get a full sun set 8th degree. I'm just saying

I still agree though, that for a warrior the advantage of having cleric is still superior to the advantage of bard.

It's not obligated to get full sun now is it? If cleric still has heals I would go for cleric, unless healing cycle/orbit disappear too when switching back to your warrior weps.

Yeah they still have the healing skills, 50% holy recovery (You get free potions anyway till 70) and bless that only works while holding the cleric rod.
Btw i was talking about buying 50% speed scrolls not 100%.

I myself is a Warrior/Cleric on SROR and I must say that from lvl 71 and up 100% pots cost 300k each which is slightly more than I would like to spend, but if money isn't a problem, speed shouldn't be one either

I don't really like bards, their skills are pretty boring imo, and I often play cleric in parties or in CTF so I would recommend cleric as subclass
